A systematic approach to problem-solving and decision-making is a component of critical thinking. These templates can be customized to serve as frameworks for your critical thinking process if you're new to UX design.

You can enter the data/information into the template below and ask yourself these questions to determine the best strategy in the design process:

1. User Persona Template:

User Persona Name:

• Demographics: Age, gender, location, etc.
• Background: Job, education, interests.
• Goals: What does the user aim to achieve?
• Challenges: What obstacles might they face?
• Needs: Fundamental requirements and desires.
• Behaviors: How do they typically interact with technology?

Critical Thinking Questions:

• What assumptions am I making about this user persona?
• How might the user's background influence their preferences and behaviors?
